The Full Kanji List: Jōyō and Jinmeiyō, With Meanings

This list combines both kanji sets covered on this site: the 2,136 jōyō (, "regular use") kanji taught in compulsory education and used throughout everyday writing, and the 838 jinmeiyō (, "for use in personal names") kanji, which are approved for names but aren't part of the standard curriculum.

Together they add up to every kanji you'll find on a detail page in Kana Learn. Since jinmeiyō kanji aren't tested on the JLPT, they only show up when browsing "All" below rather than under a specific level.
